About Me

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot. The pressure to succeed, the struggle with food or body image, or the weight of anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt. You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside it feels exhausting.

I work with young adults, professionals, and athletes who are ready to step out of cycles of struggle and feeling stuck, and into a life that feels freer and more balanced. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A safe space to talk openly about your concerns.

  • Tools and strategies to help calm your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns of thinking, and build emotional resilience.

  • Support for healing your relationship with food, rooted in your innate intuitive ability to nourish your body, and trust yourself.

  • Learn to work with your body and connect with this aspect of yourself in trusting and respectful ways.

  • A therapy process that honors your unique story, at your pace. Trauma is often an interconnected thread that drives disordered behaviors. We can unpack experiences that led to the eating disorder’s development and discover new ways of being that are more adaptive and functional.

I provide virtual therapy for clients throughout California, so whether you’re in Sacramento, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, or anywhere in between, you can access support from the comfort of your own space.

Recovery is not about perfection, it’s a process that can take time. It’s about learning to live in a way that feels authentic, values driven, and grounded in who you are and who you can be without the eating disorder. It can be a bumpy road but the journey of recovery takes you to where you want to go. Right now you may not be able to see the forest through the trees but the path is there. My goal is to guide and support you with compassion along the way.

You deserve to feel at peace in your own skin, and I’d be honored to walk beside you on your journey.

About My Approach

I specialize in treating eating disorders and related concerns through a body-inclusive, intuitive eating lens. Together, we’ll explore not just the symptoms, but the underlying emotions, experiences, and patterns that fuel them.

My approach is:

  • Compassionate & Person-Centered – rooted in humanistic values, non-judgment, and collaboration.

  • Trauma-Informed – honoring your story, at your pace, with safety and trust at the center.

  • Evidence-Based & Integrative – drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and mindfulness to support lasting change.

Whether you’re navigating food struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, or family pressures, therapy can be a place to rediscover balance, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Who I Work With

  • Young Adults adjusting to independence, identity, and self-worth.

  • Professionals facing stress, perfectionism, or the pressure to succeed.

  • Athletes navigating performance demands, body expectations, and recovery.
